Our client is a leader in its field, holding an outstanding reputation and a majority of clients in its specific Insurance market. Within the role you will be managing existing scheme clients and prospecting relationships across the North of England / parts of Scotland.

Duties

·Providing advice and excellent service to Scheme Clients regarding their insurance scheme

·Developing and maintaining an effective close relationships with all allocated clients

·Meeting with clients and discussing renewal of contracts and the marketing of schemes

·Ensuring the client needs are being met and wherever possible exceeded at all times

·Providing general marketing and promotional advice to Scheme Clients to increase take up

·Acquiring and maintaining an accurate level of product, market and regulatory knowledge

·Generating additional income where possible in accordance with company procedure

·Promoting the profile of the company and its products in line with company strategy

·Ensuring that all statutory and company regulations are followed to protect all parties

·Actively monitoring own performance, diary, client base and set individual targets

Skills

·Good working knowledge of insurance principles

·Strong relationship management and communication skills

·Good presentation skills and a self-motivated ambitious attitude
