Exciting opportunity to join the Just Recruitment Group at office in Ipswich, Suffolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team, the role is varied and will involve meeting deadlines and producing accurate data. The successful applicant will have experience in dealing with a similar volume of payroll processing, preferably have experience and hands on knowledge of Tempest payroll software, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
DUTIES:
Processing monthly and weekly payroll for over 700 candidates
Processing statutory Sick Pay, statutory Maternity/Paternity pay, overtime and expenses
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in payroll software, Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Able to work to deadlines and able to adapt to business needs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Experience of working within a similar role
* Knowledge of dealing with a high volume of payroll
* Excellent IT skills and experience of using payroll software
* Fully aware of payroll procedures
* General Accounts Knowledge
* Have strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to plan and organise your own time
* Friendly and articulate with a professional manner
* Ability to work in a confidential manner
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch, Friday 08:30 to 17:00 with half hour for lunch
