My client is currently looking for a junior accounts clerk who is looking to move to the next stage of their finance career.You will assist the AP Manger in the daily finance function. Study Support offered as part of the package.
Your Role:
Ensuring payable invoices are processed to the business finance system in a timely manners Assisting in the timely resolution of invoicing queries Reconciliation of key accounts Assisting internal, external and client auditors as required Any ad-hoc requirement regarding payments/contractors Ability to build and develop effective relationships at all levels both internally and externally Communicate professionally to all levels of business both internally and externally Effective flexible team player An organised individual able to work to deadlines
