Trainee Accountant

My client is a highly regarded, long established firm of Accountants based 10 miles North West of Leeds. Due to growth, we are assisting them in the recruitment of an AAT part or Qualified candidate with aspirations to commence ACA or ACCA and receive extensive career training and development.

Duties include but not limited to:

Preparing year end accounts for a broad range of companies from limited companies to partnershipsPreparing personal and corporation tax computations and returns.VAT returns when requiredAttending and receiving training on all aspects of external auditAssisting the Manager with ad hoc project work for clientsLiaising with clients over their accounts and queriesI am always interested in speaking to you if you have previous experience working with Professional firm(s) of accountants, whether your experience is in a mixed accounting role or more specialised in Audit or Tax.
