Personal/Commercial Lines Account Handler

A rare opportunity to join a well-established and growing high street broker serving the local community with excellent customer service and products.

Your role:
You will deal with existing and new clients, over the counter, face to face and over the telephone, giving quotations, processing policies and arranging mid-term adjustments.
You will gain an understanding of the client's needs of personal and commercial insurance and provide appropriate solutions from various Insurers.
You will identify cross selling and up-selling opportunities.

What you will need to succeed:
You will have a good knowledge of general insurance gained within a brokerage environment
You will have excellent communication skills
You will be confident and energetic
You will be well organised and committed
You will want to build long standing relationships with clients and Insurers to progress your career
