Fulltime Project finance accountant
  • If you like to work in team, are flexible and able to get above and beyond when needed and an enthusiastic, energetic, motivated person? Then you are the one we are looking for!
  • The tools that we are mainly working with are SAP, Business Objects and Excel. Experience with these tools is a preference.
  • Main area of actions: Order booking & Invoicing, Project control & analysis
  • Project Finance Accountant (PFA) secures accurate execution of customer business in SAP ONE, in compliance with Ericsson's Process and Accounting Directives.


You will also:
  • Secure proper input for setup of Fulfilment Assignments, build OEF (One Entry Form) and acquire accurate approvals
  • Verify and Register Customer POs in relevant tools
  • Setup FAS in SAP ONE according to approved OEF & Accounting Directives
  • Issue Down Payment
  • Maintain Revenue and Billing Milestones in SAP ONE
  • Maintain Budget & Planned Cost in SAP ONE
  • Perform customer invoicing (including cancellation invoices, debit & credit notes)
  • Recognize revenue in SAP ONE according to defined Proof of Delivery
  • Highlight potential objects to be closed
  • Close all Fulfilment Assignment Objects in SAP ONE
  • Maintenance and update of SAP objects to fulfil project scope and business continuity requirements


Competences that we are looking for:
  • Know your numbers, capable of financial reporting, analytical skills, business understanding and keen on knowledge sharing.
  • Being able to plan and prioritize your work efficiently.
  • Being the finance business partner for our operations stakeholders:
  • Collaboration, presentation and especially good communication skills are needed. The preferred education is a bachelor degree on business administration.
  • Work experience: 3-5 years.

Our internal communication is mostly in English, French is a plus for internal & customer interaction

To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, project management, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with the English Language
  • Flexible and service minded
  • Analytical and financial skills
  • Multi task ability, involvement in many projects simultaneously
  • Excellent in building relations
  • SAP, MS Project, MySQL, Access, Excel, VBA knowledge is a plus
  • Business oriented
