Right now we’re looking for a Client Asset Management Associate to join our busy team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working as part of our busy Trust 2 team you’ll assist with processing daily workloads and undertaking a range of tasks designed to support the department.

Working within strict predefined regulatory FCA deadlines you will be responsible for:

Processing client depositsInvestigating unidentified deposits.Investigating and resolving payment queriesProcessing refunds where necessaryProcessing and applying returned creditor paymentsInvestigating historic unidentified transactionsAssist the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements are maintainedInterested? Your application must demonstrate you are organised, able to work in accordance with strict deadlines and have the ability to plan for the future. You should also be highly numerate with strong accurate data entry skills, showing good attention to detail.

Client Asset Management is a fast paced environment with lots of changes to processes. You must be able to handle change whilst maintaining a positive attitude to work. Excellent communication skills are essential; along with the ability to prioritise your own workload and problem solve using your own initiative.

Knowledge of the systems used in StepChange Debt Charity is desirable as is a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
