Systems & Project Accountant

SF Group are recruiting a System & Project Accountant for our education sector client for approximately one year. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a post that will see you have a wide remit in a progressive organisation. Responsibilities will include; assisting with a new implementation of a Sage 200 system. My client is looking for candidates to possess excellent spreadsheet modelling skills and be able to streamline complex spreadsheets so high level of excel skills is essential. Also, you will assist in training the team with the new finance system and be able to produce user guides and write basic reports using sage report writer.

Ideally you will be qualified, however, my client will consider applicants who are part qualified/QBE with the relevant experience.You will work closely with the FD in systems work and producing monthly management accounts and be able to be a confident communicator who can forge relationships with stakeholders.

Finally, you will be accomplished with using Excel to a high standard including macros as my client is looking for a candidate to interpret large volumes of data and also be immediately available.
