This is an excellent opportunity to work for an expanding manufacturing company in the Hull area within a large payroll department

Your new role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the payroll function and department including overseeing the payroll team and the processing of three large payrolls. A key part of this role is to implement legislative and legal payroll requirements and updates into the department to ensure continuous improvements to the process.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a wealth of payroll experience incorporating the full end to end process, year end and HMRC reporting.
Leadership and people management experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
CIPP qualified or studying would also be an advantage or the desire to study further.
