Our client a well established organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff (however you will be based in the centre of Newport after the training period)are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler to join an upbeat, happy team environment.

Your role will be providing first class service and support to Personal Lines clients and ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals.

You will be providing quotations and ensuring conversion of new business and create system records.
Ensure that all system records are up to date and accurate and checking all insurance documentation is correct.
Resolve queries and issues raised with all customers.

A background within the insurance industry is essential (minimum of a year) along with strong customer service and focused skills and a passion for providing excellent customer care.

This role after the training period of approx 3 months will be based in the centre of Newport.
