Part-Qualified Management Accountant

Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for a part-qualified Accountant for a growing and respected international organisation with offices near Lewes, East Sussex. You will be a part- qualified accountant with experience of producing management or financial accounts in order to apply. This could be your first move from practice into industry or you may already be working in a similar role in industry.

Responsibilities include

• Deliver high quality, timely financial information to both internal and external customers

• Work with the Financial Controller to produce monthly management accounts

• Produce high quality reports for Operations and management teams

• Produce financial model to ensure the checking of profitability of contracts

• To ensure all billing to customers is performed promptly and accurately

• To ensure that US GAAP adjustments are reported correctly

• To investigate and report on variances against prior month budgets and forecasts

• To adhere to Sarbanes Oxley rules and ensure that reports reflect the correct financial position of the company

• To monitor daily the company’s cash position highlighting any possible negative situations

To be considered for this role you should be a part qualified accountant with experience of financial or management accounting; you should ideally have experience of reporting under US GAAP and of Sarbanes Oxley accounting.
