Your new company

You will be working for a specialist family-run company that supplies beverages to regional clients. To maintain their growing company, this permanent bookkeeper job vacancy has been created to make sure all accounts are managed.

Your new role

Your new role will involve largely working independently fulfilling purchase and sales ledger management involving sales order processing and invoicing with journal reporting. You will be required to complete monthly cashbook and payroll management, do bank reconciliations and stock control from European clients. Use of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and excel consistently used.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be well organised to manage a lot of data and provide timely information at Year End. You must have previous experience in generating accurate and timely invoices and preparing and maintaining banking reconciliations and ideally you will have stock control knowledge. You will need to be competent using Sage Line 50 to be successful.

What you'll get in return

This role offers a salary up to £25k and provides you with large responsibility over the accounting tasks. You will be working in beautiful offices surrounded by a nice working environment. You will be required to work approximately 4 days a week.
