Head Of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Role:

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for an Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join a multi-site, not for profit business in the Coventry area.

As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of project goals
• Providing recommendations to improve effectiveness
• Production of regular project reports
• Aid in streamlining of budget processes
• Leading short, medium and long term planning

Your Profile:

Candidates wishing to apply for this role must have experience within management accounts, with strong analytic skills which you are able to covey to non-finance staff members. You must be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA). This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for a growing business which is truly making a real difference locally.

Salary and Benefits:A base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 is offered.
