This role requires a candidate who holds the Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, with a solid background from the financial services industry within a managerial position.

·Responsible for the day to day management of the Business Compliance Team

·Assist with the company on-boarding processes and providing training to employees

·Maintain an excellent understanding of legislation including Pensions, Tax and Financial Services

·Complete resource analysis and manage recruitment within the team

·Effectively handle all employee matters in line with HR procedures

·Heavily involved with FCA reporting, ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to
