An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a successful practice based in Ross-shire. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and other benefits such as career progression.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with payroll, liaising with clients, reconciliation, sales and purchase ledger and data inputting duties.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a practice environment or busy accounts department. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel, and ideally previous experience using Sage Payroll. You should also have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail in order to complete tasks timely and efficiently.
Applications from candidates who are currently studying towards a professional qualification such as AAT or ACCA are encouraged.
