Job role
Do you live in or locally to Wareham?
Are you an experienced Credit Controller/Financial assistant with a background in administration?
Do you have advanced Excel and MS Office skills?
Due to expansion within the company we are seeking to recruit for a finance assistant to join a family run business in the Wareham area.

This is initially a Maternity cover contract for 9-12 months with the probability it will go permanent due to the growing nature of the business.

This is not a corporate accountancy environment and the company runs on an ethos of it being a welcoming and friendly environment. Dealing on a daily basis with both the building and commercial trade you must be an adaptable billing controller, ensuring all invoices are sent out correctly.
This is a diverse role and you must be willing to undertake other tasks within the office environment when necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities
*Experienced Credit Controller
*Knowledge with account receivables
*Knowledge and experience using Sage
*Organised and focused
*Be hands on and prepared to get stuck in
*Have strong skills in the use of Excel and MS Office
*Comfortable working in a transport logistics environment
*Be Calm and resilient
*ATT qualification desired but not essential
