Financial Controller

SF Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic manufacturing business based in Rubery. This business are keen to bring on board a new Financial Controller to support the current Finance Director. This roles duties include:

• Management of a small team including development and workflow management
• Ownership of budgets and forecasts
• Providing insightful management information for the Finance Director and senior non finance staff
• Cash flow forecasting for the business as a whole
• Assistance towards preparation of year end and statutory accounts

This role would suit a Qualified candidate with strong team management and management accounting skills alongside a friendly and outgoing personality. The successful applicant must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment and have the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
