Account Manager / Administrator
The role will be dealing with customers that are applying through the company website along with small parts of admin duties.
This is an account manager admin role, where you will be dealing with potential customers on completed social housing buildings. Experience in either a customer service or administrative role will be essential.
Will be booking appointments and will need good organisational skills.
You will need:
- To be smart in appearance
- Polite and friendly
- Have good basic admin skills
- Good basic IT skills
- A good telephone manor
- Good experience over the phone
This is a nice working environment and a permanent role. Information and basic training will be provided.
