Financial Accountant

You will be working for an exciting, high growth retail business based in Sutton Coldfield as a Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity within a dynamic environment that offers study support and genuine progression opportunities.

Financial Accountant duties:
As Financial Accountant your responsibilities will include balance sheet reconciliations, monthly reporting of old items, monthly VAT calculation, year end process, ensuring KPI's/statistics are up to date and maintaining the financial database. You may also be required to train other members of the finance team, other ad-hoc duties may be required.

The successful Financial Accountant will need:
Experience reconciling balance sheets, assisting with year end processes and VAT calculations. You will ideally be part qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) in order to be considered for this position. Previous experience in a similar role will also be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending upon experience plus study support within a company who values their employees' on-going development.
