Your field of responsibility

Risk and Compliance Lead specialists to interact with Central Audit/risk & Compliance team, investigate, and understand issues to provide solutions / resolutions in a timely manner. Analyze, identify issues, and coordinate resolution to audit issues.

Maintain consistent communications and develop relationships with audit and IT management;

Candidate will require solid relationship and communications skills with CISO, Audit/Compliance and technology partners, and requires a professional attitude when addressing mission critical needs.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for an applicant with equivalent work experience of Operational Risk Management or a proven track record in a similar risk related field (e.g IT Audit, Consulting). Supplemented with wider financial business and product knowledge from other roles.

  • At least 6+ years of working experience on Risk and Compliance field.
  • Experience with Control Programs like BCBC 239, RDAR, IHC, SOX.
  • Prior experience on Access management, defining SLA/SLI/SLO.
  • Understanding of Vulnerability management, Cyber resiliency etc.
  • Must have Exposure to the tool set – ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Delivery focused - A proven ability to optimally drive projects / reviews / tasks to completion at a high standard. Understand and apply policy and build practical and simple operational risk guidelines based off several data points, such as audit findings and previous incidents.
  • Ability to communicate optimally at all levels - applicant will be encouraged to articulate complex operational risk issues in a structured, targeted and impactful manner to management.
  • Creative and inquisitive approach - Strategic mind with ability to identify problems at a high level and then conduct detailed investigation into specific aspects. Questioning the status quo and identifying issues and improvements with a desire to establish and grow professional relationships at all levels within the firm.
  • A Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting field. Further relevant qualifications such as CPA or MBA desirable.
  • Some experience dealing with various Auditors and Regulators is beneficial. Similarly an understanding of controls would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint & Excel required as baseline skills (advanced skills preferred).
