Functional Consultant (5 Positions)

Folio3 is looking for multiple Functional Consultants with expertise in Finance, accounting and supply chain. If you have prior experience and interest in ERP implementations & design and excellant communication skills to cater the customers all around the world then apply here!

Key responsibilities;
I. Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities
II. Participate in Presales activities for an international client base
III. Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements
IV. Communicate and document system specifications for client and team members
V. Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks
VI. Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle
VII. Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work
VIII. Perform process improvement evaluations for clients with regard to General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
IX. Write procedural instructions for NetSuite/Dynamics usage for General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
X. Train client on use and maintenance of NetSuite/Dynamics

Skill / Education Requirement:
1. ACCA qualified / members.
2. Prior 3+ experience in ERP implementations, audit & advisory services is preferred.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills required (English).
4. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
5. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills  and presentation skills
6. Proficient in using Ms Excel
