A payroll manager position for an engineering organisation based in Barrow-in-Furness paying £35,000 - £40,000

Your new company
Your new company is a large engineering organisation based in Barrow-in-Furness who are growing and are looking for an who are looking for an experienced payroll manager to manage 2 staff in their payroll team and assist conducting the payroll for over 200 colleagues.

Your new role
You will be providing payroll service across the Barrow-in-Furness business. You will be managing a team of people to ensure all payroll processes are maintained and continually improving. You will make sure payroll compliance matters are achieved and payroll payments and reporting of payroll is accurate.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need previous experience in a similar role, experience in managing a busy team, experience conducting the payroll for a large team.
