FMCG Chilled Food Manufacturer

A leading chilled foods manufacturer is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager / Technical Support Manager / Quality Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be an experience Technical / Quality professional, ideally within chilled food manufacturing. Experience of product specifications, retailer technical libraries and previous client management / engagement is essential along with previous man management experience.

Technical Account Manager / Technical Support Manager responsibilities include:

Management of customer specifications and documents, including issue to site and suppliers.
Regularly review customer technical/ manufacturing standards, guidelines and codes of practice and ensure they are implemented by the business.
Be the main point of contact for specified retailer/customer Technical personnel.
Providing Technical Support to business clients, including attending client meetings, sampling and quality panels.
Ensure all customer QAS and specifications are developed and maintained, with regular reviews at least annually or as required by customers.
Ensure accurate retailer technical KPI reports are completed & submitted in a timely manner.
Advising business with regard to clients Technical and Quality requirements.
Supporting the Technical Manager and Technical team as required.
Attend internal project/ NPD/ Purchasing/ HACCP meetings as and when required.
Implementation and maintenance of company policies and procedures.
Undertake Internal Audits as directed.
Reviewing of HACCP policies and activities.
