Finance/Admin Trainee

Based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, our client is an experienced and successful company looking for a Trainee to join their team on a permanent basis and cover many areas across the business, including Finance, Operations & Administration.

This job would suit someone who is looking for their first move in starting a career with a professional and reputable business in the local area. This role will assist the operations department which processes both the UK and international business and will offer progression and development into an area of the business that best suits you. The role will involve learning how the company operates and fully understanding the industry and what it has to offer.

The successful individual will have either degree-level or A-level education who is genuinely numerate and literate. The ability to write coherently and use spreadsheets is essential. The successful applicant will be organised and have great attention to detail.

Duties will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all calls and enquiries to the business
• Supporting with purchasing for both the office and customers
• Assuming responsibility for all customer service issues throughout the office
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the office
• Duties will enhance and vary as the role develops further
