You will be working for one of the largest retail and manufacturing companies in the European market. They have an excellent Benefits package and are looking to add to their finance team whilst they are streamlining processes. This FTSE 250 company really has an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to prove themselves for such a high profile role.
Your new role
You will be in charge of a team of 6 whilst carrying out your standard accounting duties such as reviewing the P&L, organising the purchase ledger and sales ledger, keeping up to date with legislation changes, streamlining current procedures, making sure compliance is kept throughout procedures, audit and inspect any accounting issues that may arise and any adhoc duties required from management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of managing staff within a finance department, have previous experience within accounting either with an ACCA qualification or qualified by experience, you will have previous training experience to show staff how and why to complete procedures in a certain way. If you have any implementation or streamlining experience this would be a bonus. Previous Manufacturing and retail experience isn't a requirement but would be a bonus for this role.
