I am currently assisting a market leader headquartered in High Wycombe, with their search for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis for around 2 months.
It is imperative that the job holder has experience of Sage Line 50 and good Excel skills as well as the ability to work efficiently and autonomously.
Duties will include the following:
- Supplier Invoices/statements
- Staff Expenses
- Company Credit Cards
- Preparing Payment Runs
- Posting Journals
- Scanning & Filing
The role sits within a busy and productive finance team who work hard to achieve their collective goals. The company's location is served by local buses and is approximately 20 minutes walk from the nearest underground station so would be better suited to a local candidate or a driver as there is parking available.
