Key Responsibilities.
- Pre-Audit of all payment documents including payment vouchers before final payment is directed.
- Post audit of HR-pay roll and other relevant matters
- Preparation of retail audit plan and responsibility for its execution and monitoring.
- Consolidation of Retail Audit Findings and presentation to sr. Management.
- Follow ups on BPR implementation plan with relevant HODs and 3rd party consultants.
- Key tracking of implementation date and reporting to Sr. Manager.
- Involvement in discussion of internal audit report, as submitted by 3rd party consultants, with relevant HODs.
- Participation in discussion with the respective management by 3rd party consultants for development of policies.
