Director - Public Practic

My client, a high growth firm, is looking for someone to join their practice at the Director level with the view of progressing into a Partner role. You will be responsible for assisting the Partners in leading the Business Services team and in particular for managing, developing and growing a varied portfolio of non-audit clients, across a range of industry sectors, including sole-traders, partnerships/ LLPs and limited companies.

The ideal candidate will be/have:
oACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant relevant experience in a similar role
oGood technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
oSupervisory experience of accounts staff
oStrong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members and colleagues, with the aptitude to quickly build rapport
oGood tax consultancy advice and business law
oExperience of managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships.
