The opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a well-established Financial Services Practice which provides a highly personalised financial planning and investment management service.

The Opportunity

During a period of growth, our client is looking for someone to be responsible for assisting the Managing Director and organising their busy schedule. The firm has the flexibility to mould the perfect opportunity around each person’s specific skillset, so the role can be tailored to exactly what you want. You will be responsible for arranging meetings between the clients and adviser and preparing documentation for the Managing Director’s meetings.

What’s needed to be considered

In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have –

• Previous experience within a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of assurance, investments and pensions an advantage
• Proactive in identifying and solving day to day problems
