Your new company
A fast paced, dynamic Chartered Accountancy practice based in Dunfermline. One of Scotland's leading firms, the firm will give you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients covering a wide variety of industries.

Your new role
Working in a busy office reporting to the Manager, you will be assisting with the running of a portfolio of small to medium size clients across a range of industry sectors. Key responsibilities will include: preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships from complete and incomplete records, assisting with audits including completing substantive and controls testing. You will work directly with your clients answering any queries, and will build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant or Part Qualified Accountant who has gained experience working within the profession preparing accounts and assisting with audits for a minimum of 2 years, ideally gained within an independent or mid-tier firm. Experienced using Sage & Xero accounting software. An excellent communicator with the ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Commercially minded, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
