Job: Accounts Assistant (Mat cover: 6 months+)
Location: Stansted Airport
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Hays is working exclusively with a leading global business based at Stansted Airport. My client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their team to cover maternity leave for 6+ months. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties will include:

Matching and coding purchase invoices
Statement reconciliations
Preparation of invoices for payment
Raising of sales invoices, copy invoices and credit notes
Bank reconciliations

The successful Accounts Assistant will be a proactive team player, who has the ability to prioritise their workload in a fast paced environment. You will be a strong communicator, able to liaise with all levels within the business.

As this is an interim requirement my client is looking for candidates that are available on short notice (2 weeks max) as they are looking for someone to start at the beginning of August. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar level role.
