Query Management Clerk – Liverpool – Fixed Term Contract

Here at Yodel we currently have an opportunity for a Query Management Clerk to join the organisation on a fixed term contract. As Query Management Clerk you will be responsible for the timely logging and resolution of client queries whilst ensuring Company compliance and best practice processes are followed.

Query Management Clerk responsibilities:

• Resolve client queries using various in house systems.
• Raise credits.
• Log queries on Salesforce system.
• Liaise with other finance departments
• Assist management with any given task.
• To demonstrate Yodel values and associated behaviours at all times.
• To provide operational support/training for new starters as and when required.
• To provide a pro-active contribution to Team Meeting /Appraisal and 1-2-1
• To build, develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal colleagues/departments to maximise issue resolution performance and operational best practice.

Query Management Clerk skills/experience:

• Previous experience operating in a customer facing role
• Exposure to high volume/fast paced environments
• Advanced Microsoft office Applications
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work effectively
within a Team.
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced and
changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Inquisitive with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
• Excel – Intermediate level
• Educated to GCSE level
