Our Client, a dynamic and expanding insurance firm is looking for an Assistant Compliance Manager to join their team in North Wales.

Key Accountabilities:

" Assist the Compliance Manager in providing assurance to the Board of prevailing compliance standards within the organisation.
" Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company.
" Manage complex complaints and technical queries.
" Ensure financial promotions meet required regulatory standards.
" Coach and mentor developing members compliance team


The right candidate must demonstrate a positive and practical approach and be able to promote the work of the team at all times.
Knowledge of ICOBS is a crucial requirement and previous experience of approving financial promotions and external documentation would be highly desirable.
