As an IT Site Operations Team Leader, you will be leading a small team of second line engineers and acting as the point of escalation for any issues that come from our first or second line specialists.
So what would you be doing?...
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team of IT Site Operations engineers
• Owning and resolving a number of incidents and requests that have been assigned to your team
• Identifying areas within IT support that require development and supporting the implementation of change across your team
• Working closely with the security team to reduce any potential risks and threats against Metro Bank
• Managing third party vendors who supply us with various IT products and systems
• Championing IT and supported technologies across Metro Bank, from assisting in new roll outs, training staff or offering advice to colleagues

• Experience of leading a team is vital for this position
• Industry best practice knowledge around SCSM ticking and IT Service Desk procedure
• Broad experience of working within ITIL framework
• Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure gained through experience
• Some experience of liaising with third party vendors would be an advantage
