Job role

My city centre based client is currently recruiting for an Admin and Finance Assistant.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Meet and greet visitors to the office and arrange meetings

Answering telephone calls

Processing timesheets and expenses

Setting up of new client files

Prepare papers and documents for meetings

Monthly invoicing



Any other administration as required

Applicants must have previous experience in an administration role and be highly numerate with the ability to work with and analyse financial information. Excellent IT skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
