Wealth Development ManagerStarting salary of c £40,000 plus on target bonus of c £40,000 Company CarAnnual performance related pay review and bonusDefined contribution pension schemeGenerous holiday allowanceExcellent flexi-benefits packageWealth Development Manager - is a face to face home/field based role within Aviva Life Distribution, reporting into Darren Dunkinson within the Central & East sales team.

This position specifically covers support and engagement with financial adviser accounts across Norfolk and Suffolk, enabling them to increase flow of new business and maximising retention of existing assets with Aviva.

The aim of the role:

Work directly with targeted accounts driving assets onto the Aviva Platform and engaging with our key accounts to ensure that we retain the business we already have.To collaborate effectively with other areas of the business to ensure operational efficiencies.Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver new business and retention performance against the Platform sales and retention targets set.Development of constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to and effectively manage risk within business appetiteManage all activities and outputs to ensure customers are treated fairlySkills & Experience required:

Qualification requirements (or progress towards and completion with an agreed timeframe): PFS Diploma (QCF level 4) and J11 Wrap & Platform ServicesFamiliarity with the relevant departmental and company-wide procedures, policies and guidelinesComputer literacy and a good knowledge of relevant softwareA sound understanding of the business, industry, and competitor activity including the needs of end customers and be fully conversant with Treating Customer’s Fairly (TCF) outcomesExcellent face to face relationship management and customer service skillsDetailed knowledge of product range and supporting systemsClear evidence of effective people skills and ability to work as a team memberDetailed knowledge of sales and retention processes and regulations and ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations to add value to the businessThorough knowledge of the Aviva Platform and Savings and Investment products and their application in the Market PlaceBring to Aviva what makes you different and we’ll support you to do the best work of your life.
