A fantastic company on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet are looking for support on a 3-month contract basis to help and support the finance team.

40 hours a week Monday to Friday

Pay is dependent on experience

Role will involve but not limited to the following:

·Data input skills

·Process on Access Dimensions

·Purchase Ledger

·Create purchase orders

·Match purchase invoices

·Obtain authorisation

·Post purchase invoice

·Assist with payments and twice monthly payment run

·Assist with month end closure

·Sales ledger

·Process sales generated invoices

·Credit control

·Assist with month end closure
