We currently have full-time vacancies in our Chipping Norton office for Administrators – and we want to hear from you if you have administration experience and are looking for a fresh challenge!

In these sorts of roles you’ll be providing a wide range of administrative and support services that help the team carry out their work. You will spend the majority of your time providing administrative support, collecting information, producing documents, managing filing and administrative systems, and supporting assigned staff. You’ll also have lots of contact with our Customers and Brokers so will need to have a flair for excellent customer service. These jobs within OAK are found in every part of the business, providing administrative support of all kinds.

Responsibilities Will Include

    Providing a wide range of administrative and support services to help our team carry out their work more efficiently and effectively.Collating information and producing documents to support the operation and management of the business.Setting up and managing filing and administrative systems to ensure that information is recorded, secure and accessible.Providing support and guidance to allocated staff in the team to facilitate their development and achievement of objectives.The issue of policy wordings or policy endorsements and input of data to computer systems.Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Knowledge Required

    The ability to develop excellent external networks and relations with customers and intermediariesExperience of working in administrative environmentsExperience of organising/co-ordinating work The ability to manage a variety of different priorities, and work to deadlines
