Sync Resourcing are currently recruiting for a fantastic new opportunity on behalf of their client who are a national financial services company based in South Birmingham. Due to high demand from their customers, they are now looking to grow their Life Insurance department by welcoming experienced advisor to join their team.
Within the role you will be speaking to customers who have made an enquiry as a prospect customer into a client. You will be provided with leads from the in-house lead-generation team but will al so be expected to generate you own business from time to time, including change of policies for existing customers.
The successful Life Insurance Advisor will have:
- Life and Protection products - 1 yr experience minimum.
- At least 2 years outbound sales experience
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and procedures
- Professional phone manner
In return, the client will offer an attractive salary of £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience as well as:
- Dress Down and early finish Fridays
- Attractive basic salary, uncapped commission, incentives and bonuses!
