Job role
Our client is a lovely company based near Kenilworth. They have an immediate need for an Accounts Assistant to join their small but busy team. This role would suit someone who has a previous history of working in an accounts department and who enjoys dealing with a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively.

Principle Responsibilities:

·Processing incoming payments against orders

·Informing internal staff of the invoices that have been settled

·Posting incoming Receipts, Credit Cards, Cheques, BACS payments to Sage

·Liaising with external consultants and dealing with their queries by phone and email e.g. order queries, payment queries

·Processing Direct Debits

·Raising invoices and producing receipts (training invoices, order invoices etc.)

·Raising occasional cheque payments – Purchase Ledger

·Posting monthly Company Credit cards

·Collating Timesheets for staff overtime

·Some bank reconciliation

Skills and Experience required:

·Knowledge of Sage, Outlook, Word and some Excel

·Good customer service skills

·Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

·A quick learner and team player

·Motivated and enthusiastic

The Accounts Assistant role would suit someone who has previously worked in a similar role. The company offers great scope for progression. The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm.If you think that you have the skills and experience for this role, we would like to hear from you.
