We have registered a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant for an international company based in central Oxford. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Credit control duties
  • Processing expenses
  • Weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Producing billing documents
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Factoring

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have completed your AAT qualifications or equivalent and have demonstrable experience of working with SAGE. You will be reliable and trustworthy with a passion for developing your career in Finance. You will pick up new systems quickly, be IT savvy and good with numbers. Being organised, diligent and conscientious is extremely important and you will be a natural multi-tasker and team player. Please note there will be occasional travel required to the organisation’s head office in London.
