Your new company
Based just outside of Berinsfield, a small but growing charity are looking for a Finance Manager to come and join the team. The charity, who were formed 8 years ago, are growing quickly and building a strong reputation locally and nationwide. The charity have centres all over the country, but the role will be based in the shared services centre.
Your new role
The Finance Manager role will be responsible for the day to day management of the finances, as well as the management accounts, Accruals & prepayments and reviewing budgets. You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations, payment runs and managing VAT returns.
What you'll need to succeed
Too be successful in the role, you need to be actively studying an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or be fully qualified in AAT. On top of this, you must have experience working within a busy finance function, and have some experience managing staff. Finally, you must be proficient with Excel.
