Contract Type : Full Time

Remuneration: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent Employer Benefits

Role:
To support our continued success and our ambitious plans for further growth we currently have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Private Client Account Handler to join our team based in Worcester.
The Candidate:
* Experience in a broker or insurance environment
* Experience with high value premiums
* High level of ambition
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer handling skills teamed with a positive approach
* Desire to achieve results
* Excellent time management
* The ability to prioritise workloads
* The ability to build and retain rapport
* Cert CII - or willing to work towards
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be providing outstanding customer service to a portfolio of high net worth clients, increasing retention and enhancing revenue streams
* You will need to have previous experience working for an insurance broker and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations
* You will need to have a broad knowledge across the personal insurance range
* Our client is looking for a target driven sales focussed individual
