Our client, a successful SME who are a rapidly growing, AIM listed business based in Harpenden. They are looking to source a Finance Manager to join their Finance team. They will look after the day to day accounting as well as run the monthly financial and management reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking an all-round finance role within a rapidly growing business. This highly visible role reports directly into the Group Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
-Month-end ledger close for UK and US entities including journal postings
-Consolidation of Group monthly management accounts
-Preparation of monthly management accounts pack
-Assisting with the preparation of the year end statutory accounts
-Cost centre management
-Preparation of budgets, forecasts and analysis for business managers
-Overseeing preparation of payment runs and bank payments
-Overseeing day to day accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
-Provision of support and cover for the Finance Team generally

What we are looking for:
-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE
-Strong communicator with good all round finance experience including month-end reporting and production of management accounts
-Ability to build strong relationships with staff at a senior manager level as well as team members
-Experience using SAGE
