Accounts Assistant - Temp to Perm
You walk into the office in the morning to the smell of fresh coffee and a cooked breakfast in the subsidised canteen. You have parked no problem, because there is parking onsite, a rarity in Ashford, and you are sat at your desk relaxed and ready for the day. Now are you ready to hear what your job would be?
This employer of choice are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis, with a salary of £9ph-£10ph. Looking after your own portfolio of clients, your days would include:
- Handling remittance advice
- Checking invoices
- Resolving invoice queries
- Reconciling statements
- Customer service
- Provide up to date reports on your supplier accounts
- Assist suppliers to ensure any issues are resolved quickly
- Ensure accuracy of statements and reports
And at lunch time? Back down to the canteen for something freshly prepared onsite.
To be successful for this position, you will need to have experience within an accounts or finance focussed role, and good excel knowledge (including Pivot tables and V Lookups) would be an advantage.
