Practice Manager of growing practice - Opportunities for Partnership further down the line

Your new company
After the buyout of an existing practice, my client are looking for someone to take control of the firm through a period of growth and restructure. There is massive opportunity for growth within the local market and Partnership would follow for the right candidate.

Your new role
You will be the main point of contact for clients, distributing workload to existing qualified and part-qualified Accountants within the firm. You will oversee their work and check it is of a high standard, providing support and training where necessary. You will also be in charge of the commercial aspects of the practice, generating new business in the area, ensuring profitability and working against financial KPIs

What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ICAEW/ACCA qualified with a career in Practice. The right candidate will also be able to show how they have managed staff, developed Juniors and worked on Business Development. Being a Welsh speaker would be a big advantage given the client base, as would a knowledge of Agricultural clients.

What you'll get in return
Negotiable salary based on what you bring to the role with plans for partnership in the next 5 years.
