We'd also look for you to show us how you've designed and led training material, whilst also being experienced within previous leadership roles. To allow your presentations to run as smoothly as possible, you'll have great Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally, we'd prefer you to have a loss prevention background and have experience influencing senior business partners, but these aren't essential.

You'll also get a competitive salary, and a benefits package that includes 27 days holiday, an annual incentive scheme, discounts on all kinds of products and services, and an amazing pension. We want to change the world all over again. Join us, and help to rebuild an iconic British brand.
