Trainee Paraplanner - Hertford - Salary dependant on experience

Job Title: Trainee Paraplanner

Location: Hertford

Salary: Experience dependant

Contract: Permanent, full time.

Our client is a successful and well established Financial Advisers based in Hertford, they are seeking out a Trainee or experienced Administrator within IFA to join their team in which the Salary shall be flexible depending on experience and qualifications.

Main responsibilities for the role

-Preparing agendas for annual client review meetings, using a standard template and identifying potential areas of discussion

-Prepare product and fund research, illustrations and paperwork for advisers to present to clients

-Submit new business applications (online and via post) and follow them through to “in force” status. Ensure files are compliant and complete before submission

-Prepare Suitability Reports

-Perform fund switches, partial/total surrenders and portfolio rebalances when requested by clients/IFAs/Paraplanners

-Produce annual review letters and agendas detailing proposed changes

-Liaise with clients on the telephone, in writing and via email to arrange appointments and request/pass on information

-General office administration, e.g. filing, post distribution, any other tasks that the Administrators require assistance with

Professional Experience – (Desired, but not essential)

·Admin experience within IFA (ESSENTIAL)

·Proficient use of MS office.

·Experience within Intelligent Office (Or similar database technology)

·Prior use of Assure web, Wrap Platforms and exchange quotation systems

·Level 4 qualification or working towards
