2x SAP SPECALIST ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ROLES- -SOUTH CAMBRIDGESHIRE- £24,000-£27,000pa, 9 MONTH FTC
2x rolling interim assignment available for a local Cambridgeshire business. Experienced, ideally AAT qualified clerk required to assist with the back log of invoices and help with the day to day administration in the office. You will be providing accounting support to the Finance team to ensure the effective and efficient running of the finance function through the SAP implementation using both the new and old ERP systems.
In your new role your key responsibilites include;
-Prepare the quarterly VAT returns
-Ensure cash-book payment entries
-Weekly payment run
-Preparation of the monthly area reports and hit rate calculation
-Preparation of ad-hoc reports within agreed time frames
These roles will be on a contract basis with the possibility of going permanent.
What they require from you;
•Part qualified AAT desirable
•Previous Purchase and Sales Ledger experience desirable
•Ability to work under pressure
•Intermediate Excel skills (v-look ups/pivot tables)
You will be joining a small sized finance team, in a company undergoing brilliant growth. You will be a vital member of the team reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
