Description

This role will be reporting into the Payroll Manager.

The duties will include:

  • Run numerous payrolls from start to finish
  • Liaise directly with clients and set up on system
  • Calculate TAX an NI payments
  • Calculate SMP,SSP, SAP, SSP
  • Deal with any Payroll queries
  • Produce month end reports for Directors
  • Dealing with any starters or leavers and having their P45 printed and sent off

Profile

The successful candidate Must have:

  • Experiencing working in a similar payroll position - Essential
  • Have experience working with high volume payroll - Essential
  • Be confident using Excel - Pivot tables and VLook-Ups- Essential
  • Experience working in a payroll bureau - Desirable
  • Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential

Job Offer

This role is paying from £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Parking + Pension contribution
